SHIPPING POLICY

At The Positive Couple, we strive to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Our goal is to offer high-quality products and ensure they reach you in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are the estimated delivery times and costs:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Positive Couple is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled and the customer will be notified.

6. Order Delays
Occasionally, there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We will notify you if there are significant delays with your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
The Positive Couple is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Positive Couple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked. Please read the following details carefully to understand our return policy.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at thepositivecouple@gmail.com to notify us of your return.
Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.

6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at thepositivecouple@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item and receive a replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Downloadable software products
Personalized items
